چکیده
Aloperine has been shown to exhibit tremendous pharmacological potential. The present study was designed investigate the effects of aloperine against human liver cancer cells and explore underlying mechanism. results showed significant (P < .05) upregulation GROα (GRO1 oncogene) in tissues cell lines. However, expression significantly declined treated with (5 µM) which concomitant inhibition proliferation. Silencing inhibited proliferation via G2/M cycle arrest. Interestingly, also triggered arrest cells. Nonetheless, growth inhibitory on were attenuated by overexpression did not show division. Additionally, suppressed migration, invasion epithelial mesenchymal transition expression. Collectively, findings revealed suppression point toward its therapeutic

MiR-493 suppresses the proliferation and invasion of gastric cancer cells by targeting RhoC
Objective(s):MiRNAs have been proposed to be key regulators of tumorigenesis, progression and metastasis. However, their effect and prognostic value in gastric cancer is still poorly known. Materials and Methods: Gastric cancer cell lines were cultured. Tissue samples obtained from 36 gastric cancer patients were used for quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) analysis. The tissue microarrays (T...
متن کاملInhibition of TMEM45A suppresses proliferation, induces cell cycle arrest and reduces cell invasion in human ovarian cancer cells.
The association of TMEM45A with various cancers has been recently reported. However, the biological function of TMEM45A in ovarian cancer remains unclear. The present study aimed to elucidate the role of TMEM45A in regulating the biological behavior of ovarian cancer cells. We compared the expression of TMEM45A between ovarian cancer tissues and normal tissues based on RNA-sequencing data of th...
متن کاملconstruction and validation of the translation teacher competency test and the scale of students’ perceptions of translation teachers
the major purpose of this study was to develop the translation teacher competency test (ttct) and examine its construct and predictive validity. the present study was conducted in two phases: a qualitative phase as well as a quantitative phase. in the first phase of the study, the author attempted to find out the major areas of competency required for an academic translation teacher. the second...
